The two-day training camp was organized by the District Congress Committee on Thursday and Friday at a resort in Datana on Dewas Road. The event was attended by nearly 275 Congress office-bearers and party workers, including block presidents, mandal presidents, constituency in-charges, district in-charges, and other organizational representatives. Accommodation and overnight stay arrangements for all participants were made within the resort premises.

According to reports, the footage was recorded inside the resort complex and was shared through an Instagram account. In the video, legislator Mahesh Parmar is seen surrounded by supporters while dancing to popular songs. Several party workers and leaders accompanying him are also seen enthusiastically participating in the celebration. Congress city president Mukesh Bhati was likewise visible enjoying the event. In the footage, Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee president Jitu Patwari is presented with a scarf bearing the name of Mahakal. After accepting the scarf, Patwari is seen handing it over to one of his associates.
